2. What data we process and why

Contact requests and forms

When you contact us, we may process your name, email address, phone number, selected station or topic, your message, and any vehicle or company details and attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to handle your request, route it to the right person and provide the service you requested.

Do not send a personal identity code, online-banking credentials, full payment-card details or other sensitive information that is not needed to handle your request.

Inspection reminder

The free inspection reminder uses the email address and inspection due date you provide, an optional station selection, and technical status and sending-time information for the reminder. The information is used only to confirm, send, update and cancel the reminder.

The reminder does not add you to a marketing list. An unconfirmed request is deleted after 48 hours. A confirmed reminder is deleted no later than seven days after the due date you provided, or immediately when you cancel it.

Technical data and abuse prevention

The website may process short-lived technical identifiers, log data and other information needed for security in order to prevent abuse, spam and repeated invalid submissions and to maintain reliable operation of the service.
