If you have booked an appointment and arrive on time, a periodic inspection for a car or van takes about 15–20 minutes. We cannot guarantee the duration of a drive-in visit. The time needed for heavy vehicles and specialist services is agreed separately.
Do I need an appointment?
You can bring a car or van for a regular inspection without an appointment during the station’s opening hours. We cannot guarantee the duration of a drive-in visit. Appointments for heavy vehicles and specialist services are arranged in advance.
Need to reschedule, cancel or clarify a payment?
Reschedule or cancel through the link in your booking confirmation or by contacting the station where you booked.
You can cancel your inspection appointment free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

The cancellation fee must be reasonable in relation to the loss caused. The full fee will be reduced where necessary. Consumers retain their statutory rights.
A service contract made online generally includes a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you exercise this right before the service begins, cancellation is free and your payment will be refunded within 14 days of your notice.
