The inspection package costs €17 more at the station than when booked online.
What is included?
Periodic inspection
Vehicle condition and registration data check.
The inspection covers brakes, steering, chassis, lights, tyres and other safety-related items.
Emissions test
The emissions test required for the vehicle inspection.
Inspection certificate
Inspection result and any faults or deficiencies found.
Re-inspection and other separate services are charged separately.

Arrive at the selected station
Arrive at your booked time and check in with the staff.
Receive the inspection certificate
Review the inspection result with the inspector. You will receive instructions for any repairs.
Before your visit
Must vehicle tax be paid before inspection?
Yes. Overdue vehicle tax and late-payment interest must be paid. A prohibition of use caused by unpaid tax prevents approval of the inspection. Future instalments do not need to be paid early.

Reading OBFCM fuel consumption data costs from €15. Reading consumption data is separate from an emissions test. Check the total price for your vehicle before confirming your booking.
